The Kano State Government is set to collaborate with a Muslim charity organisation to improve the lives of the less privileged. Commissioner for Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Alleviation, Aliyu Adamu Kibiya, met with the organisation's delegation, who pledged to support the ministry's humanitarian efforts.
The England-based organisation recently donated a 32-seater bus to the ministry, which Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf received on behalf of the state government. Kibiya welcomed the partnership, citing the ministry's goal of providing humanitarian services to those in need.
