Commonwealth society of Nigeria has been commended for confering ambassadorial title to Zaria renowned Islamic cleric and philanthropist Malam Magaji Umar Dan Aljannah.
Former Board Chairman of ABUTH Ahmed Rufa'i Machika made the commendation while briefing newsmen in Kaduna.
Ahmed Rufa'i Machika said it was a well deserved appointment looking at Malam Magaji's services to humanity.
He expressed the NUJ'S total support to the investiture which is scheduled to take place early next month.
The former Board Chairman appealed to the wealthy individuals in the society to emulate the good works of Malam Magaji Dan Aljannah by helping the poor and the needy.
