Kano State Governor, Alhaji Abba Kabir Yusuf, has expressed his heartfelt condolences to Umar Farouk Mukhtar Yola over the death of his wife, Hajia Nabila Mukhtar Dandawaki.
Hajia Nabila, who passed away in Abuja after a brief illness, has been buried according to Islamic rites.
In a condolence message issued on Wednesday by his Director-General, Media and Publicity, Sunusi Bature Dawakin Tofa, the Governor described the death as a painful and irreparable loss.
Governor Yusuf extended his sympathy to Umar Farouk Yola, the deceased’s family, friends and associates, and prayed that Almighty Allah grants them the strength and fortitude to bear the loss.
He also prayed for Allah to forgive the shortcomings of the deceased, grant her Aljannatul Firdaus, and comfort all those mourning her.
The Governor urged the bereaved family to take solace in the will of Allah and remain steadfast in faith during this difficult period.
