The National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Professor Nentawe Yilwatda, has praised the unity and support shown by APC members in Kano State during his visit to Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf.
Prof. Yilwatda reaffirmed the party's 60/40 leadership-sharing formula between new decampees and existing APC members, designed to promote inclusiveness and effective participation in party activities.
The APC chairman commended the impressive turnout of party supporters and leaders, saying it showed a high level of unity and commitment among APC members in Kano.
He thanked Alhaji Yusuf Gawuna and Senator Barau Jibrin for aligning with the governor's vision and praised Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje for his leadership contributions.
Governor Yusuf thanked the APC leadership for their visit and support, reaffirming his commitment to working with the party for the state's prosperity and alignment with President Bola Tinubu's Renewed Hope Agenda.
