Kano State Governor, Alhaji Abba Kabir Yusuf has unveiled 50 vehicles donated to support the campaign activities of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Kano State.
The vehicles were donated by Chief Government Oweizide Ekpemupolo, popularly known as Tompolo, and were presented in Kano as part of efforts to boost the party's mobilisation activities across the 44 Local Government Areas of the state.
Speaking during the unveiling ceremony, Governor Yusuf said the vehicles would be distributed to the 44 local government areas to facilitate campaign mobilisation and grassroots engagement.
He noted that mobility is essential for effective political campaigns, as it will enable party officials to reach and engage with communities across the state.
The Governor added that his administration is also implementing infrastructure and other development programmes aimed at improving the welfare and living conditions of residents.
In his remarks, Chief Pondi Kestin who represented Chief Government Oweizide Ekpemupolo, said the President Bola Ahmed Tinubu Door-to-Door Movement was established to promote awareness of the policies, programmes and projects of the Federal Government.
